As you know the World 3D Champs are postponed. The new date is August 2021.

 

IAA has agreed with Organizers that fees not transferred back to archers will be kept on seperated account to save the costs of 2 extra transfers.
We do recommend to keep the paid in accommodation and registration fees at organizer and use it next year (save 40-50 euro) in fees. 
Organizer has promised to have exact account for each competitor with amounts usable next year’s WCH.

 

"7. All accommodation fees paid in should be paid back from organizer as it is possible to cancel them In case of separate transfer a fee for transfer and admin of 20 Euro can be deducted for each transferred amount.
8. A registered archer can chose to keep the fee and participate on postponed tournament or get back 90% of registration fees paid in."

As Chairman of the Organizing Committee and on behalf of the Hungarian Archery Association, I am pleased to invite you to the HDH-IAA 3D Archery World Championships 2020.  

The Competition will take place in Szekszárd, Sötétvölgy 10–15th of August 2020 and will be shot according to the HDH-IAA rules and regulations.
The event is open to all competitors, who have IAA shooting license.

REGISTRATION

What to do?

  1. Registration is not possible before you have your yearly IAA shooting licence in “good standing”
    • First you register as a shooter on page.
    • You have 2 options:
      1. you ask for shooting license from your organization if it is a member of IAA. And they recognize you as a member aswell and they validiate your request.
      2. You buy on webpage with credit card your individual shooting license
  2. Please  enter your registration to the competition you like to participate on.
  3. Validate your registration through clicking on link sent to your e-mail address automatically right after you have sent the registration form.
  4. The registration fee will be indicated as paid after we receive your transfer. Count with at least 4 days.
    (it has to arrive to account before deadline transfer is 3 working days) 
     please write the registration number on to the transfer for identification!

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
10TH JULY 2020

Registration fee includes: Practice field usage, welcome bag with goodies, participation on individual event 3 days+finals, opening ceremony drink and food, award ceremony with dinner. 

Entry fee(net*): 210 € / competitor
Discounted entry fee(net*) received before 01 May 2020: 170€ / competitor

*net=after bank and transfer fees

Family discount 30 euro/person if more than 1 from same family 
Explanation:
Family: grandparents, parents, children
First shooter pays: full price
From second person (from same family) 30 Euro less/person is payable

From 10-th July 2020 only at place payment is possible!
Registration fee on the spot: 250 € 

Do not transfer the money after 10th July 2020
Cancellation policy (registration):

Rooms are very limited, please be in time with your reservations.

As there are other events in Szekszárd during the whole summer, but also during 3DWCH, we have reserved a large number of rooms in different standards, to ensure that you will be able to have accommodation near to the Competition Center.

Booking deadline: 01 June 2020

Please transfer the accommodation fee to bank account above.
To finalize your booking you need to transfer 50% in front within 7 days after preliminary booking if you do not transfer the  50% your reservation is opened up again and can be  taken by other archers. 50% payable at registration.
