We are thrilled to extend a heartfelt invitation to archers from all corners of the globe to participate in the Bario International Historical Archery Festival (BIHAF) 2024. This esteemed event, organised by the HDH Archery Association of Malaysia (HDH-AAM), is set to take place in the breathtaking landscapes of Bario, Sarawak, Malaysia, from July 16th to 20th, 2024.
BIHAF 2024 promises to be an unforgettable celebration of archery excellence and cultural diversity. With a dedicated focus on the Historical, 3 Dimensional, and Hunting disciplines of archery, the festival will showcase the rich tapestry of traditions that define the sport.

Fees Includes transport from Miri International Airport to Bario, Accomodation, Competition Fees, and Meals for 16-20 July 2024.

Archers being members of HDH-IAA member organisations, have priority in case of limited registration places; non-members will be accepted when free places are available. 
Note*: Net value = after bank and transfer fees
Note**: Details for EUR payment: When you pay the fee by bank transfer, please select option “OUR - all fees covered by payer” regarding the charges.
If our account receives less than the value of the fee mentioned above, it will mean that the fee is not paid in full.
Note***: Fee in MYR is calculated according to the exchange rate of BANK NEGARA MALAYSIA based on Item 1 or 2.
Note***: There will be three dates of departure from Miri International Airport to Bario starting from 13 July 2024 - 15 July 2024.
Should there be no flights available due to late payments, the 4x4 Pickup Truck Option remains available.
Archers arriving early will have accommodations ready for them subject to availability (first come first serve basis). Departure from Bario to Miri International Airport will be between 21 July 2024 - 24 July 2024. 
Note*****: A booking fee can be made with the value of 50% of the chosen options with full payment to be made before 1 APRIL, 2024. 
Note******: Please travel light, the Twin Otter plane is 10 KG for check-in baggage and 5 kg for hand carry. A fee of RM1 per kg is chargeable for each extra kilogram.
Note******: ⁠Any flights cancellation by Maswing is beyond the organiser’s control

The registration fee will be indicated as paid after we receive your transfer. Count with at least 4 days. It has to arrive to account before the transfer deadline is 3 working days.
Registration fee includes: practice field usage, welcome bag with goodies, participation in individual events 3 days + finals, opening ceremony, award ceremony with dinner.


CANCELLATION POLICY REGISTRATION
In case of cancelled event (COVID - 19 restrictions, act of god):
- until 30/3/24: 80% refund;
- after 1/4/24: no refund.
