General Informations
Dear Archers!
We look forward to can welcome you at the 3Dimensional European- and World Championships in Szekszárd. We would like to draw your attention to some important informations:
- The competition center will open with registration on Sunday, 8th August, 2021.
- The shooting range will also be open on Sunday, 8th August, 2021. from 12:00h
- Parking is controlled by staff. It is forbidden to park on the road surface! We must ensure the free and rapid movement of ambulances and firefighters. We will remove the prohibited parking lots!
- Please be patient when registering. 550 competitors must be registered which takes time. Indicate an account request! company: name, address, tax number, individual: name, address.
- We will attach a detailed program, but we will also post it in the competition center
- Check the equipment in advance (speed, names on arrows!)
- Regarding the opening ceremony, we would like to suggest that for the start at 18:00 hours, it is important for the competitors to be able to start from Garay Square to King Béla Square at 17:45h, lined up by countrys! It is recommended to arrive at 17:30h!
- After the opening, there will be a little hospitality on the side of the square and next to the wine fontain. Scones, soft drinks, wine. We are preparing so that everyone will get a little tasting.
- At the end of the registration the team and time schedule is prepared approx. on monday approx. 20:00h. We ask everyone to come to the competition days on time. Please check in 10 minutes before departure at the tents you have to start. There is no way for those who come late to shoot missed targets.
- There will be non-contact temperature measurement for the registered competitors. Above 37.5 oC the athlete may not participate in the competition. Body temperature is also measured when starting on the competition tracks. A feverish competitor cannot shoot!
- We promised the opportunity to provide a COVID rapid test for those who require it. (EUR 10) This is possible from 10:00 to 13:00 on monday. In case of a positive test, the athlete CAN NOT participate in the competition! Currently in Hungary the restrictions do not apply to our sports competition. If you want a test, please send us a request by August 6th. For your own safety and the safety of others, we ask that you ONLY take part in the competition without complaint! We recommend using the mask and keeping your distance in public spaces. On the tracks, the stakes are spaced 1.5 meter distance.
- Smoking is only allowed in the designated area!
- 2 toilets will be installed on the parcours, where water will be provided and a smoking area will be created. At the start, each competitor will receive a small food package and mineral water. We recommend that you take sufficient care of your care, taking into account your individual needs, as the contents of the package may not be sufficient for you.
- Littering is prohibited and will result in disqualification!
- It is FORBIDDEN to take a rangefinder to the parcours! Notes cannot be made or used! We do not communicate with anyone about the distance to the targets! Spectators can also view individual sections of the parcours. Instead, avoid communicating with them to avoid misunderstandings.
- Entries for the team competition must be submitted by 08:00h (Tuesday) 10 August 2021. You can get an entry form by registering. The entry fee for the team competition: 50 euros / team, the team finals on Friday night and the individual finals on Saturday will be held at the Szekszárd Stadium. Separate parking and shooting range are available for competitors. spectators can sit in the stands. The stadium has a buffet, pizzeria, toilet, water block.
- The awards ceremony will start on Saturday at 18:00h at the Sports Hall (next to the stadium!). The hall will be open omly from 17:40h due to preparations. the banquet will then begin. The arena can only be entered with an armband and this also applies to the banquet. The banquet will be held in the form of a buffet (3 long tables!). Mineral water and Szekszárd red wine will be consumed free of charge. Other soft drinks and soft drinks will be available at the buffet. D.J. will take care of the good mood.
